This is a translation, provided for convenience. PADLIVE Entertainment operates under Colombian law, and the Spanish version of this policy is the legally binding one. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish text prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is PRIVE ENTERTAINMENT S.A.S., a Colombian company registered under tax ID NIT 901617668-1, with its registered office at Carrera 53 #106-213, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, trading as PADLIVE Entertainment and owner of padlivecol.com.

2. What we collect, and what for
We only ask for what we need in order to get back to you. We do not buy databases and we do not gather information about you from third parties.

We do not use your data for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Your authorisation
Before you can submit the notification form you have to tick the authorisation box. That tick is your prior, express and informed consent, under article 9 of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. We keep a record of when it was given.
If you email or WhatsApp us to ask for a quote, we take it that you authorise us to use your details to reply and to follow up on that request.
4. Your rights
As the owner of the data, at any time you may:
- Find out what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
- Update and correct anything incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.
- Request proof of the authorisation you gave us.
- Withdraw your authorisation or ask us to delete your data, where no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
- Lodge a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, the Colombian data protection authority.
5. How to exercise them
Write to hola@padlivecol.com from the address you registered, telling us what you want and attaching a document that proves your identity.
We answer enquiries within 10 working days and complaints within 15 working days, counted from the day after we receive them. If we cannot make it, we will tell you why and when you will have an answer, within the extensions allowed by Decree 1074 of 2015.
To unsubscribe from the notifications you do not need any of this: every email we send carries its own unsubscribe link.
6. Where your data is stored
The site is hosted by Vercel and the forms are processed by Formspree, both United States companies. That means your data is stored on servers outside Colombia. By authorising the processing, you also authorise that international transfer, in accordance with article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012. These providers are contractually bound to apply security measures equivalent to those Colombian law requires.
7. How long we keep it
Notification data is kept for as long as you want to keep hearing from us; if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we delete it. Data from commercial enquiries is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
8. Security
The site is served encrypted (HTTPS) and access to submitted forms is restricted to the people at PADLIVE who need to see them to do their job.
9. Minors
Our forms are not aimed at minors, and to register you have to confirm that you are of legal age. If we find that we have collected a minor's data without their legal guardian's authorisation, we delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with its date of entry into force. If the change affects the purpose of the processing, we will tell you by email beforehand.
